Lydie was a postdoctoral fellow at the LMV – OPGC from 2015 to 2017. She worked with Jean-François Lénat on a geophysical study of an active lava lake at Hawaii, with the aim of better understanding the electromagnetic properties of magma. She also worked in early 2018 with Philippe Labazuy on the development of drone-based platforms for field geophysical instruments.  In 2019 Lydie was recruited by the Conseil National des Astronomes et Physiciens (CNAP), and now is now a full-time researcher at the OPGC.
