Presentation
Max’s post-doctoral research within ClerVolc focused on the determination of volatile contents (H2O, CO2, S, Cl) in phenocryst hosted melt inclusions of Santorini products (Greece). The aims were to better constrain the magmatic storage conditions (P, T), their evolution in time and demonstrate if the geochemical and eruptive style variations are correlated to the volatile content evolution during volcanic history of Santorini Volcano.
