Presentation

Mikael is a ClerVolc postdoctoral fellow since 2015. He first worked on the experimental formation of olivine-hosted melt inclusions, and the disequilibrium effects of crystal growth that may accompany this. He has recently turned to experimentally producing the disequilibrium mineral textures commonly observed in volcanic rocks, and on the information they provide on the magma ascent and crystallization history.ons.
